Linn-Mar senior third baseman Leah Beck and junior shortstop Lindsey Harms have been named first-team All-Mississippi Valley Conference Valley Division performers after the Lions completed a 12-25 season (7-16 MVC) last week.

Senior Kristin Gibbs was a second-team selection in a vote of the MVC coaches.

Beck hit a team-high .420 (47-for-112) with one home run, eight other extra base hits, 25 RBIs and 23 runs scored to lead the Lions offensively. Harms batted .339 (38-for-112) with a team-high 25 runs scored and Gibbs hit .310 (31-for-100).

Kelsey Duggan and Maggie Rizor were given honorable mentions in the selections.
